Amigo Industries Ltd is an aristocratic woven label manufacturer company which had been established in 1999. We have been driven to help our clients build brand equity and customer loyalty through quality, consistency and alignment with their objectives. Our manufacture site is over eight hundred fifty square meters with experienced worker and advanced machinery. We strive to satisfy our customers and surpass our competitors in delivery time, quality and service, especially for large quantities required shortly. Based on different requirements from our customers, we are able to customize designs to meet various needs. The main strength of Amigo Industries Ltd is its selection and combination of machines and people behind the machines.
Our Strength
We produce Garment accessories Complying OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Appendix 6, Product Class-1. We are also committed to produce other accessories without hampering the environment. We strictly follow the environmental laws and regulation made by the Government of Bangladesh and ensuring safe and hygienic working condition. How It Work?
Production Capacity
We have large production units. We have Woven Label, Satin Care Label, Elastic, Drawstring, Twill Tape, sections. Actual production capacity of Woven Labels depends on size, colors and the pick density of the label. Considering the normal size (i.e. 6 X 2.5 cm) of four colors, our production capacity for Woven Labels are about 15.00 million pieces per month. It may be mentioned here that this unit is also adequately balance with required auxiliary machines to process the labels. I.e. cut-fold, ultra sonic vertical slitting, leaser cutting, starch finishing et cetera. At present we have 7 different types of Flexo, Nylon and automatic Screen printing machines in our label printing unit. The production capacities of these machines are about 10.00 million pieces per month. There are 4 Ultrasonic Horizontal cutting machines to support the production of printed labels.

We have made various test reports to support our statement as the company has OEKO-TEX certificate. Amigo Industries Ltd is an OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Appendix-6, Product Class-I certified factory for Woven Labels.
